Yoga is extremely beneficial for women throughout all stages of their lives. Pre Natal Yoga is specially designed to serve mums throughout their pregnancy, benefiting them greatly during this very special time in their lives. 

Classes allow mums to connect to their breath, body and baby. Mums will not only benefit from a safe physical
practice, but also will also learn relaxation techniques and be in the company of a nurturing, supportive community of other women.

Classes are kept to a maximum of 4 mums so mums get maximum attention. The goal is to empower women to be strong in their bodies and to trust in their body’s wisdom and ability to birth.
