Karen's mission is to empower women with the tools of nutrition, yoga and fitness so that they make the best choices for their unique selves and have the energy and confidence to do what they do best. She help women achieve their full potential with a healthy body and mind.

She is especially passionate about working with women pre and post natal, as she believe it is one of the most special times in a woman’s life, but can also be one of the most challenging. She believe in creating a safe, nurturing, supportive, and loving environment for women, to empower them to make informed choices about their birth so they overcome unnecessary stress and fear. She encourage women to remain active throughout their pregnancy, during birth and after.
